This script can be used to generate the entire bookmarks structure of a PDF file from a text file, or even from an Excel sheet. It's even possible to specify some basic actions to occur when the bookmarks are clicked, such as:
- Opening a certain page in the file
- Going to a certain Named Destination in the file
- Launching the browser at a certain URL
