With the latest versions of Acrobat and Reader X it's possible to create scripts that will send an email to any e-mail address with any subject and message body you want, and also add any file as an attachment!
It was not previously possible to add attachments to emails sent from Acrobat or Reader, except for the PDF file itself, but now it is.
